How to order
Orders are collected from the online shop by adding the products to the shopping cart. The order is confirmed by using the check-out functionality of the online shop to pay for the order. By confirming an order, you accept these terms and conditions, product pricing and shipping costs. An e-mail confirmation will be delivered in case an e-mail address is provided by the time of confirming the order. The e-mail confirmation lists the products ordered and the price breakdown.
The online payment transaction is implemented by the PayPal.

Visma Pay (Visma Payments Oy, business-id FI24865594) is the payment facilitator of the online shop. Visma Payments Oy is a payment facilitator authorized by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Finland. The payment process is conducted in the online service of Visma Pay. Visma Pay or Visma Payments Oy is shown as the receiver of your payment in the bank account listing and in your invoice. Paying with Visma Pay is safe. All information is exchanged through secured connections. The trade happens between the online customer and the online shop. The online shop is responsible for all obligations related to the trade. Payment methods With Visma Pay you can pay your order by an internet banking account, a wallet, a payment card (credit/debit), an invoice or a partial payment. The following methods of payment are supported: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Paikallisosuuspankit, S-Pankki, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, Jousto, Fellow Lasku, Fellow Yrityslasku, MobilePay, Masterpass, Pivo, Visa-, Visa Debit-, Visa Electron-, MasterCard- and Debit MasterCard payment cards. MobilePay: You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have allowed online payments in the settings of the MobilePay application. Payment via MobilePay takes place directly from the payment card linked to MobilePay. If charging the payment from the linked card fails, MobilePay can not be used in the online shop. Pivo: Terms and conditions of Pivo can be found here: https://pivo.fi/kayttoehdot/pivon-kayttoehdot/ Jousto invoice and part-payment is a Finnish service for making purchases quickly and safely. Jousto is for private persons having their economy in balance. With Jousto you will get 30 days time to pay without interest or expenses. After you have received an invoice, you can decide to pay it at once or in parts. You can pay our purchase in up to 36 parts, starting from 9,90 eur/month. Expenses for Jousto part-payment are 3,90 eur/month and 19,90% interest. With Jousto you can pay purchases from 30 to 3000 eur. Aurajoki Nordic Oy issues the credit. Read more from www.jousto.com.

Order and payment confirmation
After a successful transaction, an order confirmation will be sent to your email account. Sending a verification message requires an email address when ordering.
Delivery method and costs
Shipping costs are not included in product prices. Shipping costs to Finland is 6,90 €, to the EU-region 45,00 € and to the rest of the world 65,00 €. Orders are delivered by mail.
Finnish customers should expect to receive their item between 3 – 5 days and EU-customers can expect to receive their order between 4 – 14 days, rest ow the world 7-21 days. Once your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation note. The company is not responsible for the indirect damage or unavoidable delays caused by external factors or the indirect damage caused by those delays.
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs include packaging and postage. When you have selected the payment method and shipping method, shipping costs are displayed in the shopping basket view. Products are delivered as parcels. Bloch Ceramics is not responsible for lost or stolen mail. Orders are being shipped during workdays. Products from the stock are usually delivered within 3-5 workdays. Delivery for products that are not in stock usually takes 4 weeks. Please inform us without a delay – at least within 14 days – in case a product has lost or damaged in shipping. The logistics company must be also informed regarding any products damaged in shipping.
Return and exchange
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of Finland, you have the right to exchange and/or return an item within 14 days of receiving your order. The return right applies only items that are in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. Note that return and exchange policy does not apply to custom-made products.

- Include a copy of the order when sending an item back for return or exchange. Also include your name, customer number, phone number, email and address.
- Once we have received the return has been received, it will be processed. -When the return is accepted, a refund will be made to your bank account.
- Note that the customer returning or exchanging the item is responsible for shipping and packaging costs of the returned/exchanged products.
- We cannot be held responsible for goods that may be lost or damaged during return shipping, so please ensure all items being returned are securely packaged with protective wrapping and clearly addressed. Any items not thoroughly packaged to avoid damage during transit will not be accepted, so please take care when posting.
- Should you not receive your package or if an item was damaged in transport or if the item ordered is faulty, please contact us immediately by e-mailing email@example.com
- If the package was damaged in transport a claim must also be made to the shipping company.

Please, note that Bloch Ceramics’ products are made by hand one by one. Due to this there might be slight differences in products’ appearance.
